Delivery Made Easy — Just Prep Your Spot

We deliver your building fully assembled — all you need is a clear, level site and room for our truck and trailer to navigate and set up your shed.

Recommended Base:

3–4" of ¾" crushed rock or gravel

Cement pad for larger buildings

Smaller sheds can be placed on the ground if level: however, we recommend installing crushed rock or a cement pad when able

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure enough clearance for delivery access

Mark hidden obstructions (sprinklers, pipes, wires)

Trim tree branches in the delivery path

Make arrangements if delivery crosses a property line

Obtain any required local permits — D&M Mini-Barns is not responsible for obtaining any necessary local permits or approvals required for your shed installation. Please check with your local authorities to ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
